Drive seems like a nice product. I've just installed it on one computer to see how things go. Since it's really an expansion of Docs, it's easy for current users of the latter to get started. All told, Drive seems convenient, it's more powerful, and gives you more free space than Dropbox. Google did it the right way this time.

You're absolutely right. The investment in your website is not just for your customers whom you're selling to but also for your people who are making the updates. You want it to be easy, intuitive, and work toward your business goal.

Good questions. We also ask clients to think about different types of cost. There is design cost and maintenance cost. Sometimes good websites will cost more on the front end, but if they have a good CMS that allows users to make changes on their own, it will save them money in the long run.

This is a touch question. Coming from a (relatively average) user's perspective, I don't see a compelling case Google has made for their social media service to compare with twitter and Facebook. Many users are comfortable with one or both of the latter by now. So where does Google+ fit in? I know some in the education world are interested in adopting it for the hang out feature. They certainly haven't done themselves much good by putting numerous products out there and with the failure of Google Wave. It's tarnished their brand with social media.

There are still errors, they are not code"a"cademy, they are just codeCademy (minus the A). We are CodeAcademy and Codeacademy, they just have codeacademy.com, but they do not call themselves Code Academy or any version of that name.
